• This service is a package price.
• The packaged price includes the collection fee + domestic transportation + customs clearance & Narita airport terminal fee + air transportation cost.
• Since this service is up to the destination airport, import customs clearance, taxes and delivery on destination side will be arranged and paid by the consignee.

• If special costs such as customs inspection costs are incurred, the actual costs will be charged.
• Only prepaid service is available
• The condition is that the packaging can withstand air transportation. * If the conditions are not met, a separate packing fee will be charged.

Up to 1m³ or maximum weight of 280kg. Height limit 155 cm or less.

If you exceed this range, please contact the person in charge.
If the volume weight is heavier than the actual weight, the charge will be calculated based on the volume weight.

• A volume weight of 1 m³ means that the product of length m x width m x height m is 1.0 or less.

Items that cannot be handled

• As this product is for BtoB, please individually contact us regarding your moving cargo and personal goods.
• For products not covered by this service (food, dangerous goods, lithium-ion, long products, and other products related to other laws and regulations), we will propose our international general transportation service. Please feel free to contact us.

Required documents

invoice is required.

An invoice is a statement of goods to be shipped and is an important document required at the time of customs clearance.
It will be prepared by the customer who ships it. Please write all in English.
