(Regarding large-scale, multiple-unit products addressed to individual homes)
1. Items that fall under any of the following items do not support delivery date designation.
　・The total of the length, width, and height of each product exceeds 130 cm.
　・The actual weight of each product exceeds 20 kg.
　・Multiple mouth regardless of size and actual weight.
2. Products that correspond to the above 1 will be delivered by the delivery shop by 19:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on weekends and holidays after meeting with the recipient (specific days (year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon etc.) is excluded).
3. If you would like to specify the delivery date and time for the item corresponding to 1 above, please use the charter flight from our delivery agency. For usage, please contact our shipping agency.
4. Unpacking, assembly, installation, lifting, window removal, curing, and material collection can only be done by the pre-ordered moving and charter flights.

• 下記いずれかに該当する現場宛の大型商品の配達は、契約運賃に別途「配達実費」を加算させて頂きます。
  ・1原票の総重量が100kg以上500kg未満。
  ・1個あたりの商品が、実重量20kgを超える。
  ・1個あたりの商品が、縦・横・高さの3辺合計が280cmを超える。
• 1原票の総重量が500kg以上の現場宛商品は「営業所止め」もしくは「貸切輸送」での対応となります。

　・You can receive it earlier than delivery.
　・After collection, you can go straight to The destination and use it as a delivery base.
　・You can also pick it up at a business trip destination (remote location). (No need for delivery address)
