Due to aircraft safety operation management, we may check the contents after unpacking.
We cannot handle items over 20 kg (58 cm x 49 cm x 36 cm), dangerous goods, animals, putrefactive goods, cash, etc.
We cannot handle products over 800,000 yen.
A separate surcharge will be charged for deliveries after 19:00.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a separate redelivery fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
From the promised time of the pick-up place, 500 yen (excluding tax) will be charged for every 10 minutes after 11 minutes until driver receives the product.
In case of cancellation after picking up, the following cancellation fee will be charged separately.
